Round 12 of the Bus Éireann Women’s National League saw Peamount United sensationally lose their one point lead over Dublin rivals Raheny United after losing 1-2 to Wexford Youths Women in Greenogue today. A scoring blitz in Celtic Park saw Castlebar Celtic finish 3-3 against Shamrock Rovers in Mayo. And finally, Raheny United triumphed 2-1 against Cork Women’s FC in Morton Stadium this afternoon.

Round 11 of the Bus Éireann Women’s National League saw Peamount United retain their one point lead over Dublin rivals Raheny United. Shamrock Rovers failed to score against Dublin Neighbours Raheny United in Tallaght Stadium. The sides finished 0-3. Wexford Youths triumphed 2-0 to Catlebar Celtic in Ferrycarrig Park. Peamount United FC finished with an impressive 2-6 scoreboard against home side Cork Women's FC in CIT Stadium this afternoon.

Series 10 of the Bus Éireann Women’s National League will be remembered for Peamount United’s stunning 13-0 victory over Castlebar Celtic and for the performance of the league’s top scorer, Stephanie Roche, who scored 6 of those goals. Raheny only held onto their lead in the league for one week after their slip up at home to Wexford Youths handed the momentum back to Peamount. Cork’s recent run of good form continued as they had a good 2-0 victory over Shamrock Rovers to lift them to 3rd in the table.
